I have felt this way but sometimes there are things to discover that make it worth living

if it's not a person or pet or plant or other thing you have to take care of it could just be a hobby

Cooking has made me really happy and I feel better about knowing what goes in my food

Just. you know. find something and let it shine out of you. life will feel so much more worthwhile.
